Meet at Hogshead Brewery at 6:00 pm with run starting at 6:15 pm around Sloan's Lake.
Sauna and cold plunge open at 7 pm for runners who sign up to participate. Socialize with the group at Hogshead Brewery and Red Rock Sauna following the run!
Cost: FREE TO JOIN THE RUN! $20 for sauna and cold plunge access after with BOGO beer special. Included in monthly unlimited memberships.

6/13: Boxing, Sauna, and Beer!
Saturday, June 13th from 10 am - 12 pm.
Boxing, sauna, cold plunge, and beer? Join Red Rock Sauna at Hogshead Brewery for a morning of fitness and relaxation!
10 AM start with a 50-min boxing workout (focused on technique and fitness in pairs + ending with a circuit), followed by 1 hour to enjoy our communal sauna and cold plunge. Finish with a BOGO beer special on the patio!
Cost: $40 per person ($20 for unlimited members). Limited to 12 people.
6/27: Pilates Strength Fusion with Sauna and Cold Plunge
Join us on Saturday, June 27th, for a morning dedicated to intentional movement and deep recovery. Start your day outside with a 45-minute Pilates Strength Fusion class led by Olivia, designed to build core strength and ground your mind. Afterward, transition to Red Rock Sauna for 50 minutes of unhurried sauna and cold plunge rotations.
Once you're fully restored, kick back by the fire pit, connect with the community, and enjoy exclusive event perks.
