Aerial Fitness Denver, Red Rock Sauna, and Hogshead Brewery are teaming up for a unique morning of moving, sweating and chilling out, and enjoying some good brews.

Your morning kicks off with an outdoor aerial yoga class on the Hogshead Brewery patio with Aerial Fitness Denver, starting at 11:00 AM. After your aerial session, it's time to relax with exclusive access to Red Rock Sauna for sauna and cold plunge rotations. Go from hot to cold to recharge and unwind.

To wrap things up, everyone gets a BOGO beer ticket from Hogshead Brewery for a well-deserved drink.
