How do your community sessions work?
Our community sauna and cold plunge sessions are held five days a week at Hogshead Brewery (4460 W 29th Ave, Denver, CO 80212). You can book your appointment in advance on our website or simply walk-in if there are available spots.
What is included in the community session?
When you book a community session, you'll have unlimited access to the sauna and cold plunge for your 45-minute appointment. Share the sauna experience with up to 5 others and enjoy rotating through the cold plunge.
Your $25 session includes:
- Sauna access
- Cold plunge
- Outdoor shower
- Extra towels
- Lemon water
- Lounge area
- Changing tent
- Your first 10 oz beer from Hogshead Brewery
How do you recommend I spend my 45 minutes?
We suggest starting your sauna session for 10-15 minutes, or until you feel comfortably warmed up. Remember to listen to your body and take breaks if needed. When you're ready for the cold plunge, rinse off in our outdoor shower.
We recommend immersing yourself in the cold plunge for 1-3 minutes, focusing on deep, steady breaths to regulate your body. After your plunge, take a break and relax before re-entering the sauna.
We recommend completing 2-3 cycles of hot and cold therapy during your session.
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable activewear or a swimsuit. We provide storage bins and a changing tent for convenience.
To make the most of your session, consider bringing:
- Light footwear

If you plan on staying at the brewery after your session, bring a comfortable change of clothes to enjoy a refreshing beverage.

What are the benefits of Sauna?
From the Mayans to the Finnish, Sauna therapy has long been used to promote relaxation and cardiovascular health.

We require bathing suits in the sauna and provide a changing tent with any rental or pop up location. We recommend bringing a non-metal water bottle for hydration, a towel, and change of clothes.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We encourage hydration while using the sauna but ask that any food be consumed outside the sauna. We do not allow the use of alcoholic beverages before or during your sauna use.
Are your saunas cleaned and sanitized regularly?
We wipe down all benches and walls with natural cleaning products and all rented towels are machine washed. In addition, our sauna is made from cedar wood which is naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. This is especially important in the sauna where bodies, moisture, and heat combine to make the environment perfect for molds and bacteria.

The stove is a propane fired Scandia stove that pumps out 40,000 BTUs.
