Red Rock Sauna partnered with Hogshead Brewery and AIR Fitness. We had guests who came to the sauna and stayed for a beer with the first beer on Hogshead. We also had guests who participated in an aerial fitness class and came over to sauna following their workout.
Viv Cycle
Red Rock Sauna helped turn up the heat and energy following 3 Viv Cycle classes. Viv members and class attendees enjoyed the benefits of sauna therapy as a post-workout recovery.
Private Sauna with Kettlebell & Co.
Kettlebell & Co. rented Red Rock Sauna to offer sauna sessions after their Saturday morning Kettlebell workout! Our staff was there to support and answer any questions while class members enjoyed the steam and soothing heat.
Movement Gym at Improper City
Responding to popular demand for post-work and workout recovery, Red Rock Sauna teamed up with Movement Gym and Improper City to bring weeknight sauna sessions to their vibrant beer garden. Guests were treated to a rejuvenating experience with 30-minute sauna sessions followed by invigorating cold showers. This perfect post-work or post-workout ritual offered a chance to unwind, ease muscle tension, and boost energy levels.
Crossfit Train
Crossfit Train put their members to the test with a month-long challenge in April! Red Rock Sauna, a proud sponsor of the challenge, awarded "silver level" winners with the ultimate post-workout reward - free sauna and cold plunge therapy sessions and community session pricing to non-winners! The spirit of healthy competition was on fire as the Crossfit Train community battled it out to see who could endure the invigorating cold plunge the longest. It was a morning full of sweat, smiles, and determination!
